“Sound Meditation Ceremony, Sound Healing & Ecstatic Dance Party with Live DJ ”

In this Sound Ceremony Meditation and Sound Healing we oriented ourselves around the sacred teachings of yoga and sound.  The primordial vibration that created the world is accessible to commune and harmonize with.  Through this practice that honors the lesser known teachings of Nada Yoga I will guide participants through an introduction to the teaching of sound in yoga philosophy and then a progression of the following:

Movement, Pranayama (Breath Practice), Chant, Nada Yoga Meditation, and ending with an atmospheric sound bed constructed with my original ambient electric guitar music.  Through this experience participants are opened up to the possibility of dissolving their consciousness into the divinity vibration that permeates all things and this expands healing on all levels.

At the end of the workshop, we moved into a Sound Healing experience led by Aaron and Michael who will be blissing us with the sacred sounds of Hand Pan Drum. Guests are invited to bring their own snacks to nourish themselves or contribute to the community snack table.

Michael will then provided an epic live DJ set to continue sound vibes and ecstatic dance! Michael’s style is electronic, tribal, and soulful.
